Only ones that even come close are Francoeur, Ichiro, Puig, and to a lesser extent Nelly. But Puig is too stupid and out of control to use it correctly.

Sure used to like seeing Vlad uncork one back in the day

Actually, Giovatella bats lead-off now. That's when they started getting hot. He's been their DDJ.

I hate that little spit fuck and guys like him. DDJ at least looks like a big league hitter standing in the box. Guys like Giavotella look like you pulled some pencil neck IT nerd out of their cubicle and suited them up in a uniform. Same goes for Corey Burns and his pussy diving out of the box swing.

That guy could damn near pitch from RF.

Agree 1000% on Puig.

Oh god. You just reminded me of when Wash started him in RF in game one against San Francisco. :L

Just being honest here.....If Colby throws those last two strikes to Trout again, he'd get a hit 60% (maybe more) of the time, and half of em would land in the seats.

I loved it, but I do consider it a blessing. BIG TIME missed a heart-breaker.

Yeah that was a bit later than I was reminiscing on. I was speaking about a throw I remembered when he was in Montreal and nailed a runner at the plate, from damn near the warning track

I asked this question the other day and here is the answer:
According to the Elias Sports Bureau, OF Shin-Soo Choo became the first player in major league history to hit for a cycle one day and strike out at least four times in the next game.

Read somewhere that the Kazmir acquisition should net the Stros 1 more win than Roberto Hernandez in their rotation. What garbage, wish I could remember where I saw it
What a bunch of nonsense. I also think there is a confidence level that spreads to the rest of the team in having him and when he is out there on the mound. Let's see, Kazmir or Hernandez, which one gives me a feeling we get a W tonight.

Nice game Colby and Hamilton (bottom of the order). Get tired of using my phone at times so after I while I just watch the game and skip SportsHoopla.

Makes perfect sense to me. But participate when you can.

If it is an earlier game I will sit there and post with the phone. But we picked up our 3 month old grandson Monday night, dropped him off Tuesday night, picked him up Wednesday night and dropped him off Thursday night. And by Friday night at 9:05 PM I was becoming a zombie.

Well 2 days ago when he blew the 4 run lead in Colorado, people here were screaming to DFA Scheppers. While Napoli is having rough year, he did have some success in the past as a Ranger and we need RH bat/bats. Only if the FO is considering moving MM, would he have any playing time and would be the only reason to make the move. The thought of giving up very little in Scheppers means you pay some of Naps salary and really give up nothing more.
you and I know this isn't a reason to trade. Reactionary is never good.
besides....Napoli is done, he's had his day

I didn't want to trade/DFA him. I just wanted him sent to AAA till he got his crap together.

AAA is where he needs to be but don't bet the farm he will get it together. Napoli is done imo. At lest not the same as when he was here.
