Gonna give a clue as to the Movie. It is based on a true story referencing the Attic Prison Riots. It is from 1994, others from the movie are Kyle Maclachlan, Clarence Williams III, Anne Heche, and Harry Dean Stanton. IF no correct answer is given I will supply it at 9am.

It's well past 9am ( I forgot about it) ....The movie is Against the Wall.
