Barring a significant injury, I expect 4 good & 2 questionable seasons. The deferred money should help offset AAV. Overall, this will likely look like Randy Johnson's stint in AZ.

Even similar dollars works in AZ favor, Giants+Dodgers would have had to severely out-bid the D-Backs because of taxes. 13.3% in CA, only 4.5% in Arizona.

I can do without the snake skin fade or whatever it is but I think the alternates with the teal trim are pretty nice.

I'm not sold on the rest of the Dbacks rotation and I'm not sure what the BP looks like, but they'll be able to score a lot of runs(which Greinke will help with), play great defense(which Greinke will help with), and now have an ace. I could see them making the postseason in 2016.
