Hey folks! It was a great year. Don't let the disappointing last 30 seconds ruin what was still one of the finest years in Seahawks history.

Keep the faith and we will be back for another run at it next year!

I have the same feeling as I did when we lost to Atlanta two seasons ago....

We lost this game but we'll be back.

Seattle should be fine next year. All the guys are still young and we have the core pieces locked up.

The injuries to our D-Line absolutely destroyed us this year. Keep Avril in that game and have Mebane/Hill and Brady probably never gets past 14 points. That didn't happen, and we lost, but point being we're still a good team and should be a bit better next year on D if we can avoid the injuries.

Add in some wide receivers, get Miller back, and hopefully knock it out of the park with our 1st rounder and we should be right back in the hunt.

It is amazing to see how many injuries we had this year. For the final game at least we had our O-Line starting, but man. Both starting DTs out, Earl injured, Sherman injured, Avril injured, Lane injured. Jeesh. No chance with all those injuries playing against a healthy Brady/Gronk/Edelmen.

Finally, a positive thread from our fans.

I'd echo all of the comments so far and would only add to shark here that losing Lane in the first quarter killed that game. Simon was as shitty as he was every other game he played that primary role in this year and we paid dearly for it. Losing Lane and Avril was just too much in that 4th quarter.

Injuries matter. Not having Richardson and Miller didn't help things down the stretch either, but what are the odds Seattle doesn't run a goal line run play with 22 or 23 personnel group if Miller was there to block?

Sour taste after that loss, but how on earth do you not give a huge amount of credit for them just getting to that game, and then giving it one hell of an effort despite those injuries?

A lot of talk will be about positions they need upgrades in over the off season, but just getting most of those injured back will do it.

This team has a LOT more upside than problems that need addressing.
