Whether Kris Richard will grow into a good DC is an open question, but we do NOT want to replace him with Ken Norton.

It's clear, Pete and John knew what they had in Rawls and that's why Turbin and Michael's exited so quickly.... Rawls is a talent for sure... As far as Lynch... OMG the memories that guy is gonna leave us... WOW what a run he had with us...

This is such an overreaction did it cross anyones mind that maybe the 49ers had their gameplan to try to stop lynch which they studied and practiced for all week long then when lynch got scratched from the game they were caught off guard by rawls and didnt expect him to carry the ball 30x? If lynch is scratched next week against the steelers and they gameplan for rawls all week that will be the true test for this guy.

But I do have to admit I love what I see in this guy compared to Turbin and Michaels they are bouncing around from team to team looking like their careers are about to come to an end, cristine is on the practice squad for the redskins

He was just lighting it up in camp. It's attitude as well. The other two were a couple of knuckleheads who figured they belonged in the league to begin with. Rawls wants it in the worst sort of way.

Why should we keep cable? The OL has gotten progressively worse every year and may have bottomed out. The whole offense should be torn down and built from the bottom up.

31 sacks given up 1st 7 games.
4 sacks given up last 3 games.
Obvious improvement by the OL.

If we're not going to invest into OL, then keeping Cable is a must...

Why was Turbin a 'knuckle-head?' From what I remember he was the perfect backup. Did what was asked of him, didn't complain, and produced when called upon.

We have invested in the guys he wants and he hasnt developed anybody. Not one of our OL will sniff the probowl, okung still jumps offsides constantly, our best guys are average at best. 6 years in our OL should be a well oiled machine, its a disaster.
