i think this guy gets it. need more kids like that.

now on the o-line that's a different story. if it's truly separation between 1st and 2nd team, fine hopefully those younger guys understand that they need to work, but if a bunch of them leave then i'd point to the coach. maybe it's me but o-line development can't happen during the season without game reps. practices just aren't physical enough. now if they changed practice, that would be even better if you ask me
