The 4-star RB from the 2015 recruiting class was denied admission into Wisconsin and therefore his LOI is null and void. A bunch of teams jumped in the fray to get him on campus this fall but Nebraska and Alabama quickly rose to the top.

247Sports is reporting that he will be on campus the next two days in Lincoln and MIGHT visit Tuscaloosa after that. He wants to go to Nebraska but his mom like Bama for some reason. It is unclear whether or not she is able to make the trip.

He was the #17 RB in the nation in last year's recruiting class as a consensus 4-star talent. It's going to be a battle with Alabama, but Riley has the room on the roster without having to make too many moves, and our RB room is a bit more wide open than theirs. This will be interesting to watch.

I saw @RegentDenali say that Oregon State has a better campus for students because of portland (which is an hour away) and that if he comes here he'll "major in watching corn grow"

He genuinely believed it was easier to recruit to Corvallis than Lincoln. Blows my mind.

The wake up call kids get when the get here in terms of quality of life is pretty funny.

I don't know what we have to do to change the perception... It's so crazy people think Lincoln is a hick town in 2015.

When he committed to Wisconsin he did mention that Wisconsin has good Academic Advisors. I know that Nebraska has VERY GOOD Academic Advisors.

He definitely has good to great speed and can turn on a dime.

Athletically, he has it. Academically, not so sure.

I did some research on South Oak Cliff and Dallas Skyline(his high schools in Dallas, Texas), and Red_Alert told me about Creighton Prep. SOC seems to recruit athletes for sports, and academics comes in a distant 12th or so. The SOC top player failed to qualify to get into Texas Tech and with more research I found that at Texas Tech 25% of their athletes did not score over 400 on the SAT verbal. 25%!!! How bad do you have to be to not make it into Texas Tech with that type of admission system. Score a 200? Can't color in the lines? Struggle with connecting the dots? Cannot make an X?

Yeah having our past 3 backs in the NFL is definitely forgotten by most

Granted none of them are stars as of now but you can at least tell recruits they are in the league and getting $$$

We have zero proven talent at RB. I'd say it would be okay to have another on the roster, especially one that is a 4 star guy who Alabama and Wisconsin want.

I don't think this staff is nearly as impressed with our backfield as Rivals, 247, Scout and ESPN were.

Momma knows Bama has everything Nebraska has, just closer to home and a much better looking last decade.

If he thinks he's escaping competition that he wouldn't otherwise face at Bama, he's in for a rude awakening when he gets here.
