Just because he has had two bad games doesn't take away from what he's done all season. There's a reason he's being called the best shooer of all-time. He's surpassed the other shooters on that list so what else would you call it?
Now, if LBJ doesn't win this Finals does that negate the numbers he's put up as the best of all time in any Finals?

I didnt take anything away from, it was speculation, that's why I said lets wait till it's over. Lets see if he takes the next step.
Not saying he isnt the best shooter or is, but he also took more 3's than anyone in the Finals by far. He is definitely in the discussion

She said it herself lol. Dont overreact, they are saying the same thing as me.

No, you're the only one continuing to do it and you've already been shown to be one yourself. Smartest thing you could do would be to drop it.

Hey, I'm not the one making any claim... you are.

You're making a claim that Kevin Love's injury sparked them into a Finals run.... when the Cavs had the best record since January with him... and were 4-0 in the playoffs with him.

That's a baseless claim. No one knows how the Cavs would've fared in these playoffs with Love.... but I'm inclined to think it would've only helped.

Flows through him very much the hate.

Proud the Emperor would be of TurnuptheHeats bitterness

LEBron best player that has ever suited up for Heat he is

Lottery team without him they are.

NBA Finals in this Era yes, if they win. I can agree with that. No one saying that about GS. Maybe best team this year but not all time great. That is just a silly comment.

Not in this ERA, one of the greatest stories of all-time, talking about Finals stories and having no all-stars all that. Well that was the discussion an all-time great team

So you can't give me any real reason to think Delly is dirty except for you saying so...

The reasons have all been re-hashed over and over again. Your inability to comprehend is a you problem. Perhaps you should go back and re-read them yourself. Although I doubt you'll be able to comprehend any better.

See there you go, calling me one. The only reason I brought it up with her, is bc she actually admitted she was one. On the other hand, when you KNOW I am not one, you are just trying to start something.

Back to the NBA Finals discussion :suds:

To be fair, the defense is better without him, but the offense isn't. Probably ends up being a wash.

Losing Love and Irving would have devastated most other teams. The Cavs have played surprisingly well without them.

Yes, but people seem to ignore the fact that if Love doesn't get hurt... both are available. Its not Love or Tristan. Its Love and Tristan, or just Tristan. Its Kyrie and Delly, or just Delly.

Meaning, we have Love/Kyrie when we need offense... Tristan/Delly when we need defense... and... best of all...

wait for it....

It might be baseless, but it's not reasonless.

Love played many of Tristins minutes.
Tristan has been the player who has thrived playing all of these additional minutes.
He's defended superbly on the pick and rolls.
He's been all over the O glass giving extra possessions.

These games have been close where every point matters.

I think the Tristan +/- is better than what the Loved +|- would have been.

As far as shooting, you can't really project Love to have shot any better then the players who have played.

The Cavs entire mantra through this has been defense.

Of all their big minute players, Love is by far the worst defender.

cmon dude....you dont lose a multiple time all star like Love- who in addition to his offensive ability- which is vast- both posting up AND being probably the best big man shooter in the game

-but in addition to offense he is also one of the top 3-5 rebounders (some would argue the best) in the entire league

-and he is a GREAT passing big.

It has been a big time help for the Cavs that they have a guy who was picked 4th overall with a lot of talent in Thompson who has stepped up big time

but there is a reason why multiple teams will offer Love the max- and that he was generally regarded as a top 10 player- if not higher going into this season-

I could not even imagine the rebounding dominance the CAvs would have and their ability to go small while going big with Love, Thompson and James out there....

That's fair. Still... let's not pretend that Tristan and Delly weren't getting significant minutes already... or that this team wouldn't really benefit from some depth.

I'm not the one with a problem. I'm the one who's a fan of the team that's up 2-1 in the Finals thanks to the amazing play of a certain young Australian PG.

Were they using Tristan much prior to Love getting hurt? Seems like even some Cavs fans were a little surprised by how well Tristan has played with Love out. There was even some speculation as to whether the Cavs would even want Love back with how Tristan has played.

Regular season: Love averaged 33 min, Tristan averaged 27.

Delly's been a surprise... but no Cavs fan that has been paying attention is surprised by what Tristan has done in the playoffs

I agree the extra bodies are nice in theory but The Warriors have shown us that it can also be a downfall.

They just need to play their best players for as many minutes as possible.

The 10 man rotations are great for plodding through 82 regular season games, but this is for the trophy.

Actually- Yah- they played Tristan a lot- ESPECIALLY during crunch time when and in the 2nd half when for some reason Blatt becomes afraid to play Mozgov- and of course we all know the highly scrutnized Love bencings down the stretch of games.

No doubt Tristan playing MORE than regular starters minutes becuase of all the injuries has showed off his talents- especially because he never gets hurt or tired-

but- man-i would LOVE to see a lineup of Kyrie, Shumpert, LeBron, Love, Thompson......or even without Irving- say a lineup of Delly, Shumpert, LeBron, Thompson, Love

I mean missing Love means James Jones gets run- means Mike Miller gets run- i mean, I love me some James Jones but lol....cmon now sir.
