Gamble has been an under the radar name over the last two seasons and has emerged as a favorite to land a job since. Dont know if I said this in a previous thread, but Fins ESPN beat writer, James Walker, said that no matter who the GM is - Philbin will remain the HC and Tannehill will remain the QB - That said, he also noted how that could also have an effect on who decides to accept the job at these positions. Obviously, a guy would want to have a say in these things but, in this case - who ever takes the job - will have to be okay with the idea that the owner will be making those decisions.
Yes I've heard that too but at the same time Philbin only has one year to prove his worth probably Tanny as well. I think that's fair and as a new GM coming in I think I'd be OK with this as you wouldn't get fired if they fail next year anyway and it would give you extra time to asses the situation.
Apparently Gamble is out he doesn't want to move his family? If you want to progress your career Miami is not a bad option Gamble!!! At least it's warm!
