I wonder when Fitzpatrick is healthy if he will be the starter of if they will stick with Heinkien

my guess is depends on how many points the offense can score.
Last year they couldnt score a lot & the defense just kept it close.
Fitz would have made his mistakes but also would have the offense moving. If the offense is stagnant by the time Fitz is ready to come back. I would suspect he gets put back in.
If the offense is moving & getting decent scores. I would suspect they stick with the beer guy!

He has played well in all his starts, very disciplined.

Disciplined & no scores wont help the skins move forward. He can have decent stats. But if not enough scoring (under 24 all the time) he will get replaced when Fitz is healthy. Just my humble prediction.
