The first Ghostbusters was definitely better than the second one, but I still liked the second one. Ghostbusters 2 has one of my favorite jokes out of any of the Ghostbuster movies also.

I always did like the second one. At the time it always made a good watch. No one thinks it as good as the first. But I feel that time has shown how much worse it was.

They really seemed to be mailing it home. According to story Bill Murray had to be coaxed out of his trailer some days....many did not like making this movie. It was slapped together lazily for a money grab as much as anything. For Christ sakes....the logo on their building changed to the logo from the movie (peace sign ghost). Why else but branding?

The original cast might be back or it might be a new cast. Its directed by the son of the original directer. It's been "top secret" up until now and will have a 2020 release. Only plot details so far are its in the same universe as the originals.
