It is a bit disconcerting that he has almost doubled his strike out total for the year since joining the Giants. He may be downgraded from Freddy Sanchez Light to Franchilob Ultra. Next step is wine coolers, so... Keppy Navel?

Based on the heatmaps I've been working on, Schierholtz should attack the outside pitch, and take the inside ones. While he's showing a good eye by taking the outside balls, the fact remains that his wOBA on those balls is much better than any strike he gets on the inside part of the plate. He probably should back off the plate about 3".
