Even if we gave up the farm and acquired Pence I don't think it makes much (if any) of a difference. This is the worst offense I've seen since - ever. The holes are too many and to too deep. Need to really think about the off season

Pence is a great fit with the Philth. He does not have to be "the Man", but can just do what he does in a stacked lineup.

Just like Rowand used to do in Philly. When he came to the Giants to be "the Man", he shrunk as a player.

I think Beltran can be "the Man", but it is hard to drive in runs when no one gets on base ahead of you. And he has to remain healthy enough to play. Doh!
