This is clearly the answer.

If I were at all level-headed, I would be OK as I would realize that during the regular season, a win is not the 100% most important outcome of a game.

But, unfortunatly, I am but a member of the Lunatic Fringe...

You don't need to abandon Tejada completely, but you don't have to let him hit when down late in the game, he can get it together in the 1st 8 innings.

I think PH hitting for a vet in a high leverage situation in May is just not something Bochy is going to do. Almost by definition, a vet has come though in those situation in the past, otherwise they would not have lasted long. Bochy's a baysian manager: with vets he expects the average outcome, with "rookies" he goes with the hot hand (i.e. catching a SSS hot streak).

Overall, you can't be too unhappy with the road trip since they went. 500. However, they shoulda done better against such weak teams.
