Hairston clipped Posey , he Pinch ran for Duda
Why is it always a fucking Hairston?
And how many fucking Hairstons are there?
Zeppo Hairston?
And this just in: Huff sucking is Whiteside's fault.
Hairston clipped Posey , he Pinch ran for Duda
I think Posey should have held on to the ball Affeldt wasn't there
Even though Belt had the Luckiest 2 RBI's of his life , I think Bochy needed to keep Pill as the PH , He was the only other guy that could play 2nd , or worst case , Pill to 3rd , Panda to 2nd
Burriss is looking pretty good right now , need Craw to step up a little
Bochy needs to give Belt a real shot at taking the 1B job , let Huff Backup

Posey is fine.
It was a hard-nosed play, we're pissed that we lost, but I wouldn't call it dirty.
Frankly, Buster should have been more aware of the possibility, and been a bit more nimble with his footwork.

So...you're happy that we lost?

Huff at 2B?
Wtf?

You see the implied causal relationship?
Looking at the replay, Hairston touches home with his right hand/arm, and maybe even his right knee. If that isn't a legal slide, then the rules are F'd up.

If the tables were turned, and one of our guys slides like that into the Mets' catcher, we'd be praising him.
Just saying, just being honest.
I got to hand it to you, you're so strident in your "objectivity".
No. Not at all. The two observations that it was a hard-nosed play and we're pissed that we lost are separate and distinct.
Thank you. It's something I strive for.
Is there something wrong with that?
What is the grammatical function of "we're pissed that we lost" then? I'm mean, it is one sentence.
Hairston clipped Posey , he Pinch ran for Duda
Only when you miss the mark on what others are saying, and then presume to tell them how they would react in any given situation.
In our anger of losing sometimes it is tempting to blame others, even when it is not their fault, and indeed it may be our own.
