True dat. One of the nice things about the game is how when you lose you always have a new game the next day to get back in the win column, but I'm officially at the point where that doesn't comfort me anymore. No reason to think they will win tomorrow.

Well, and no reason to think there is going to be much of a NL West race either.

I have been comforted with the idea that the Giants would fight to the end (and probably come up short, given all the injuries). But it looks like they have no ability (desire?) to fight. Depressing.

The pitching is the anchor and even those 12 guys cannot carry 25 men.

Interesting point...would we rather have just sucked badly en route to a 95 loss season? We'd still have Wheeler and we might have dealt Sanchez and so on for more....
