It was mentioned on here that the 49ers started his rehab from the beginning when they drafted him, thinking that corners were cut to get him ready pre-draft.

Zac Stacy (concussion) is active and will start Sunday's Week 13 game against the 49ers.

Stacy got in a full practice Friday and was listed as probable on the injury report after he progressed through the league's concussion protocol swiftly. He's a borderline RB1/2 against a stout 49ers defense. Inactive for the Rams are RB Daryl Richardson, OL Barrett Jones, OL Mike Person, DE Gerald Rivers, DT Jermelle Cudjo, LB Daren Bates, and OG Harvey Dahl.

Michael Crabtree - WR - 49ers

Michael Crabtree (Achilles') is active and is expected to start in his season debut against the Rams on Sunday.

Crabtree's Achilles' is 100 percent healthy after he tore it in May, but he's not yet in tip-top football shape. Crabtree is expected to play 60-65 percent of the snaps, making him a borderline WR3/4 for Week 13. Inactive for the 49ers are WR Quinton Patton, WR Jon Baldwin, CB Tarell Brown, OG Mike Iupati, TE Garrett Celek, DT Quinton Dial, and DL Tank Carradine.

I doubt Stacy will be a factor. 49ers are at home against an inferior team. Just depends on whether kaepernick plays scared or not.

I honestly want it that way. Both he and Lattimore will come back hungry and come stronger than ever in 2014. We don't "need" them per se, but having them next year better than ever couldn't be any better for us.
