Lions game starts at 10:30 am here tomorrow, so 1/2 hour earlier than normal. Go Bears, as in go get your loss.

It's been 8 years since the Lions won on Thanksgiving. That should change tomorrow. They're playing so well. Getting to Goff is really the only way to slow them down and even he's been better about dealing with pressure lately. Their D can had with a couple key guys out, but only through the air and I doubt Williams & co will be able to do it.

Been on here over 10 years and just found out something I am passing on to the degenerate gamblers....they aren't in order.....the new bookie gets them up as he can (he busy and posts them throughout the day sometimes....

Well, you can sort the bets by sport. For example, if you're interested in college football just select that on the left hand side of the sports book under categories.....or NFL or NBA or whatever sport you're interested in.

It's been 8 years since the Lions won on Thanksgiving. That should change tomorrow. They're playing so well. I can see only 1 thing in the Bears favor tomorrow, that is it's a division game and they should know what to expect. The Bears haven't been awful throwing the ball, just not as good as they should be with the weapons they have. Their OLine leaves plenty to be desired.

The Lions are a run first team and the Bears will need to focus on stopping the run and not trying to rush Goff on every play. If the Lions can stay in or get in manageable 3rd downs, that will also make it difficult to rush Goff on 3rd and 5 or less.

A lot of huge games this weekend, I cannot wait!

Of tomorrow’s games - the nighttime showdown at Lambeau between the Fins/Packers is the best game, huge game for both teams, very interested to see if Tua and the Fins explosive O can move it well against the stout Packers D.
Bears/Lions should be interesting as both teams are fun to watch, but I expect the Lions to handle the Bears with ease.
Giants/Cowboys is a dud - so uninteresting I might nap for part of the game if I’m tired

Black Friday game between the Raiders/Chiefs is lopsided on paper but divisional rivalries are frequently more intense than expected and the Raiders upset the Chiefs at Arrowhead on Christmas last year - can they do it again?

A lot of good games on Sunday
My Falcons host the Chargers at the Benz, we really need a win after what’s happened in our last 2 games - should be a fun game with a good amount of offense, I expect both teams to move the ball, whichever D can force a turnover or take away part of the O’s gameplan will have an edge.
Eagles/Ravens looks like the game of the day, two great teams, two explosive dual threat QBs, and the two best RBs in the NFL.
Niners/Bills is a big SNF game, banged up Niners really need a win.
Cards/Vikings and Steelers/Bengals are also interesting Sunday games

And to end the week the Broncos look to stay in good playoff position at home against the Browns, who are coming off a big win over the Steelers.

Should be a great week of NFL - I’m ready for it!!

I think it shouldn't be a problem with you betting games and running the sports bòok.

Chiefs are getting Pacheco and Omenihu back this Friday. Team could have Hollywood Brown back in a couple weeks. Chiefs will be getting healthier and more dynamic at the right time. AFC messed up not knocking them out of the 1 seed contention when they had the chance outside of Buffalo.

After the feast is whiskey tasting for what I hope is a new Thanksgiving day tradition. We have Elijah Craig, Dickel Rye, Evan Williams, Old Forrester 100 and Michter's Rye. Gave my buddy a couple hundred dollars and told him to buy some whiskey that he wanted to try. Asked that he got 5 bottles with the money so he would keep them at about $40 each. I'm not some high fuluting, pinky out drinker, whatchthinkin? I've had the Old Forrester 100 and Elijah Craig but not the others. Old Forrester 100 is my usual go to when I'm drinking the hard stuff. I guess I get to find out which I actually like the best.

The bird is in the hot box and we should be eating at about 1:30...so right at the end or after the Lions/Bears game.

Didn’t see this thread, posted this in TGiving one, better suited here but probably unnecessary, I think we all have a good idea what’s happening in these games today:

I think the Bears will try to prove they’re still division fighters, it’s just too bad for them they are playing the best team in the division, maybe the entire league.

Giants/Cowboys may be food coma nap hours.

I always like GB’s chances at Lambeau, however the Fins seem to be at a point where they’re playing better and trying to make a run so I expect it to be close. Gotta watch out for Tyreke Hill still.
