Kirkpatrick is effectively a rookie who missed a whole year. There's going to be ups and downs, and more downs at first. They'll come after him, and he'll get better. Our quarterback, on the other hand, still sucks, in the beginning of his third season. He's running out of time.

Even though it was supposed to be the tune up game for the Season Opener I wouldn't put too much stock into last night's game. The Cowboys wanted to win the game to erase the memory of the 6 turnovers from the previous week while the Bengals wanted to make sure this didn't happen to any of their players......

Anybody is going to struggle trying to cover Dez Bryant, much less a guy who has barely played in the past year and a half. He's one of the 3 best WRs in the game when he wants to be.
