I'll take Raffl again. He's really dominating since he signed that extension about three weeks ago. Nine points in nine games this month. For a top six guy with a cap hit of $1.1 million now and $2.35 million moving forward, those are incredible numbers.

This is that trap game we always talk about. We throttled this team 6-0 the last time we played them and it's the second half of a back to back. This one probably won't go as easy, so we need to be focused and ready to get the two points. I don't want to be overconfident and sit back. Play our game and be aggressive. If we have any hopes of passing teams in our division, we have to win this one.

Actually, you're right. We both picked Schenn for the Chicago game and he gave us credit for it, but White scored the first goal in that game. Schenn scored the second goal to tie it at two.

It looks like Mase will be starting. I'm glad, personally. I just think it's better that Stolarz watch a few games and take part in a few practices before we absolutely have to play him (probably home against Ottawa and Toronto). This is a road game and a trap game against a team that may really be pissed off at us, so I'd rather we take them truly seriously here and lock down the two points.

Really nice to see Giroux get his 20th for the 5th straight full season. I thought the two penalty calls against Ghost and Raffl were extremely weak, so we'll get a couple power plays later for sure. We're just allowing too many shots for my comfort level. Time to clean that up.
