I don't agree other than a win. Atlanta was atrocious. Clearly the Pats contributed to that but if they made just two plays it's a different ball game. Pats O looked solid but left too much out there...

However, it was a Thursday night game which leaves each team poorly prepared.

Did the offense look impressive last night? Absolutely not? But coming off a short week and what they did on Sunday I will take this win... Fortunately the defense came to play and play they did!

They got totally trashed by the Cowboys in Dallas last Sunday and with the injuries to key players, they're completely down on themselves. I don't think Harris is the right coach for a rebuilding team. They need a Vrabel, Gruden or McDermott type of coach who can breathe some fire into them.
Actually their DC Dean Pees would be better after spending 10 years under BB in NE.

Yeah Pees had a solid defensive plan for last nights game... Defense gave the Falcons all the chances to come back

I completely discount any of their poor-ish play to the "Thursday-ness" of last night's game. It's not like I'm whining about the coach, oline or WRs every week.

I know these teams we are beating aren't great. But the Falcons have 4 wins. Panthers 5 wins. Browns 5 wins. We shut out the Falcons at home for the 1st time in like 23 years. They've had some bad teams. We won by 25 points. Most predictions had us winning by 10 or so. Was is perfect. Nope. But pretty darn good. My only complaint is the O Line in pass protection. Yikes. Jones is getting hit alot. Nothing too hard yet. But it will probably happen soon enough. And that POS Folk missing an extra point.... he blows.
