Ridiculous. They wasted 10 minutes of the first period before they got two shots on goal and then the Flyers try to get two goals in a minute and change left in the third period. They are not using their heads and of course we get screwed on the calls. If we just play a complete game night-in and night-out, good things can happen. This is nuts.

Love the no quit attitude of this team though. Jake, awesome again. If G can get his one timer to be dangerous again that would be good. Raffl getting comfy on the top line it seems. Playing very well.

That loss stings, refs had a huge say in it.

But there's lots of positives. The biggest to me is Jake tapping into this whole new level. He's a monster out there. So fast and strong with that puck, he's a man possessed every shift. He's blossoming into a bonafide top line superstar.

In all honesty, the way they competed and hung in there against the Kings and Lightning, you gotta wonder how far this team could go with a healthy Timonen and Coburn.

It's just rare in a game when the referees essentially give the other team two goals. In a one goal game, that's kind of critical. Regardless of how you look at it, this is a team that we're seemingly forever cursed against.
