The Patriots have announced that four players are definitely out for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

1. Chris Hogan.....shoulder had improved but they don't want to risk further damage. He also had several minor injuries that he was dealing with that an extended rest will help aleviate.

2. David Andrews....Not sure exactly what 'illness' he dealing with. He may have a severe case of the flu or it could be something that the team will not discuss. He's missed practices in the past for 'undisclosed illness.' Ted Karras will be playing the center position. Karras is much bigger and this is one of games where arras may be able to put Andrews on the shelf.

3. Marcus Cannon.....Has a severely sprained ankle. LaAdriann Waddle played an outstanding game last week and BB has total confidence that he can handle Kalil Mack.

4. Matthew Slater......He pulled a hamstring in Denver. This is an injury that BB hates. He doesn't care if your Tom Brady or Tom Nobody. If you stretch properly and stretch hard, hamstrings generally don't cause problems.

Offensive line is very thin with two guys on the sidelines. May see someone activated from the PS if Cannon doesn't practice this coming week.

Andrews being out makes me nervous. The O-line is getting it together and Andrews calls the plays.....

NFL Network reported today that the Raiders have been spending most their practices on stationary bikes with oxygen masks that restrict their breathing. I don't understand the similarity between hitting other people and riding a bike at altitude. The pats have been practicing all week at 6800 feet above seas level. The game is at 7200 feet. The Raiders will be able to breath but it'll be on their backs.

Not that it's a big deal but the Air Force Academy, where the Pats practiced all week is 7,200 feet above sea level. Only slightly below Mexico City. They've virtually played in the same altitude all week, which was a stroke of genius by BB, IMO. I live in Denver and the altitude is definitely a very real factor. I see the Pats winning this one walking away. I don't think the Raiders are that good.

Good game. 33-8. Oakland literally lost the game throwing to their RBs and WRs. Stupid coaching. They were getting 8+ yards a carry early and made the decision to try to throw the ball because Brady was 12-12.

Point, Set, Match.

13 in a row on the road.

Defense hasn't allowed more than 17 points in 6 straight weeks.

6 More games. 5 Against the AFC East. 1 Against the Steelers.

1 at Home (Dolphins)
3 on the road (Bills, Dolphins, Steelers)
2 at Home (Bills, Jets)

That’s two almost perfect games in a row. Zero penalties today? That’s damn good.
Anyone have the number on points scored and points against for NE’s games outside the US? Pretty sure it is staggeringly in favor.

That is a very good point. And the Raiders stayed at home until the night before, they said today during the game that Oakland is actually below sea level. Dumb preparation on the Raiders part IMO.

So my supervisor's supervisor a Raiders fan, knows I am a Pats fan came up to me and I quote. "You all didn't look to good yesterday". I replied well, "we beat you by 25, let up on you mid way through the third and held you to 8 points and we didn't look that good" Imagine what we'll look like as we continue to improve!

Look out. Allen caught two more balls yesterday. The three-headed monster of TE's just might be coming. As blockers, they are.

Very true. Brady had 276 yards and 3 TD's at the 14:06 mark of the third quarter. He ended with 339 yards.
