You Pistons fans need to give Monty a chance. It's his first season there.I'd have been happy for the Pistons to swap with them, returning Monty

He didn't suddenly forget how to coach.
He never actually knew how to coach. When has he been successful without Chris Paul coaching the team. You Pistons fans need to give Monty a chance. It's his first season there.

Exactly. It's not like they had reasons to win either. Get your draft capital and build.
It was a take a big step forward situation at the beginning of the season. That went out the window when Monty coached them to a league longest losing streak in the first 31 games. And yes, it was almost entirely on him, he changed absolutely nothing during the losing streak.Exactly.
Not like that was or is a win now situation....

If it was it was strange to come out hot barely losing to the heat then winning 2 to start 2-1.I still think that was a tanking action by the franchise, but we may never know I guess...

The players are never themselves tanking, other than being worn down by losing over the long haul. Again, I have nothing to base it on other than a hunch and no reason to expect Monty to be that bad going into the season.
