Might as well dream big for Penix. I'm rooting for him, but don't think the Falcons have a good enough roster to be thinking Super Bowl no matter the QB.

It is scripted.

And this script has Atlanta getting bounced by a poor performance in the playoffs by a rookie QB who wasnt given enough starting reps and then having their vet they just signed in the offseason playing true hardball and refusing to let them trade him (he has a full no trade clause) and having to pay him $27m just to walk away.

This script is more tragedy than comedy for Atl fans.

The upside is that this program has already been picked up for multiple more seasons and it gets good again in a couple of years.

I think better script is Steelers get the 3 seed and Broncos get the 6 seed. Broncos get revenge on Wilson for stealing all that money from them then in the divisional game go to Arrowhead to destroy their chances at a 3-peat and redeem themselves for the blocked field goal game earlier this year.
