He is what he is. Maybe he'll mature into a more disciplined hitter; not sure on that.

But for me, I really love the good parts about his overall game and equally hate the bad right now.

Someone made the comment the other night/day about Mitch - who really is a favorite whipping boy on this site, me included - as a "decent" fielder.

IMO, MM is one of the best fielding 1st basemen in the league. And that's never, even once been my rub about Moreland.

He is frustrating at times, can't believe he has 22 hrs this year . He'll end up with 30 and 65-70 RBIs this year .
