I'd rather see Laughton playing 21+ minutes a night while continuing to get bigger and stronger then playing 5-7 minutes a night sporadically while being buried on the depth charts now. He does have a bright future I believe but it's not now. I also have no problem with Newberry coming up he's a decent 4th line plugger and guys like McGinn and Raffl need to be playing a larger role in the AHL right now to help their long term growth. I'm assuming this is management's position on the subject at least and if it is I have to agree.
