What about Legien? Sounded like he had a nice year in the A. In any case Powe's the spare fwd right now until injuries hit which we all know they will at some point. I'm cool with Powe instead of Cote being brought into the lineup!!!

*most likely IMO.. i still dont see another goalie coming to philly unless this tandem proves to be a failure.. and i think homer will want a little room so that he can make moves during the season.. no sense in 'wasting' your small amount of room on what you think might be the problem.. the flyers have enough talent that they can wait it out and see what the problem is and address it during the season.. especially since it doesn't look like anyone else is interested in turco

agreed.. thats why i kind of think carle would be on the block if they wanted to get another goalie.. i think mez will play with pronger in the fall.. he played with chara in ottawa during his best season(s) so he's had a history of playing well with big d-men that play a ton of minutes

I'm going out on a limb and saying Bartulis makes the team. He's cheap and young, and that's a deadly combination to have to pass through waivers to send to Adirondack because his new contract is a 1-way deal. If he doesn't make the team, he'll be playing somewhere else in the league.
