I'm still not sold on Dane. I like his stuff but a lot of his movement comes out of the zone, and he isn't overpowering enough to get away with some of the meatballs he throws in the zone. Needs more command of the corners.

One part of the game that stood out was Ohtani is really human. He got roughed up pretty good by a very good offense. Thanks to the defense our pitchers got some good support too.
Semien is starting to hit the ball and not getting the drops. He will come around. Ibanez had decent game at 3b also. Heim was magnificent last night. Seager was just being himself. You may have missed Raymond saying Trout hit a HR that went 472'.lol Dave would have a wall eyed fit if he had seen Mantle's 572' HR over the wall in Griffith stadium in 1953.

More concerned about Garcia being the player he was last year. If he can produce rbi's same as 2021 this team will have offense unlimited but so far he has not shown that he will. He is showing more plate discipline and patients which should make him a better hitter. Also he would be more valuble in RF. He is so aggresive he can easily get hurt in CF. Still early to be overly worried.
