I don't care if the bastard hits 1000 homers, cures cancer and wins the Nobel Peace Prize, to me he'll forever be the biggest bitch to ever play Major League Baseball due to getting all pissy about Josh Donaldson tagging him between second and third, then the bat sling was the icing on the cake. He's past the point of redemption with me.

Manny Machado has been suspended four games and fined $2,500 for his role in Tuesday night's benches-clearing brawl with the Royals.

It's fairly light compared to Rougned Odor's eight-game sentence for punching Jose Bautista, but Machado is probably going to appeal anyway and he'll remain active until that appeal is heard. Machado charged at Royals starter Yordano Ventura on Tuesday night in Baltimore after taking a pitch off his backside. The two had exchanged words earlier in the game. Machado appeared to land a few grazing punches on Ventura's head before a mass of players and coaches broke up the fight.

My thoughts on him are the direct cause of him charging the mound the other night. He was trying to prove to me that he wasn't a bitch by trying to do something overly macho, but the problem is that he charged Yordano Ventura and not someone like Madison Bumgarner. He'll try harder next time.
