He was cut today. This guy is huge. He would be a great red zone target. He had 7 Td's in 2013. I think he is 6'7. This is a guy I would take a shot at. You probably can cut Everett. He is probably not going to be active Week 1 anyways. Thoughts?

Love fauria. Red zone beast , always has an entertaining dance when he scores. Shocked he was cut. If we want to get better in the red zone we should consider signing him

He can't block. Seems to be slow as dirt too. But he's good enough catching the ball that I'm surprised he was cut. New regime never seemed to like him though, so not THAT surprised. He'll find a team somewhere. Guy is definite an NFL player.

perhaps , should be able to block would have been a better choice of words . we could use his size all the same

He has to be the most talented FA TE right now. As far as the blocking he cant be any worst than Reed. I haven't seen Carrier play yet. How did he look in the last pre season game?

My only guess on why they gave up a 5th for a TE is they needed him in camp and ready for the opener with Reed's history because it was obvious players like this would become available.

I cant believe we didn't take a shot on him. NO waiver claims for us. Huge red zone target and Reed is so fragile. They rather go with Hamm if someone gets hurt.

Oh cmon. Hamm is not a redzone threat. IF Hamm was that good why did we trade for Carrier? I thought this was the biggest no brainer. He is only 25 years old. Huge upside.

hamm is on the PS dean fuaria would be on the 53 because he isnt eligible for the PS now we signed mccoy who is more of a blocker
