You think?

The Athletic's Nick Kosmider writes "there's a good chance the Broncos add a running back in the draft."

Not only to stockpile offensive talent, Kosmider writes, but also to "provide insurance against a delayed return" for third-year back Javonte Williams, who is coming off multiple knee ligament tears. Samaje Perine probably profiles as the head of Denver's committee for the moment, and the rest of the depth chart behind him is quite young and inexperienced. It would make a lot of sense for Denver to draft a running back anyway with this depth chart, and the concern over Williams' injury should only help push them to that conclusion.
Hmmm... and Denver has no pick until round 3 (67 & 68)....
Sure hope they arent raising the bar too high...

Agreed. I think picking from the RB pile still left might be the wiser option.

Unless they wanna trade Wilson. They might be able to get a boatload in return. ;)

Panthers will send 11 representatives to Ohio State's Pro Day.

This is notable considering the Panthers now hold the top overall selection in the Draft after dealing away D.J. Moore and four picks to the Bears. Clearly the team has been doing their homework on C.J. Stroud and they will now ensure they have ample eyes on one of the top rookie quarterbacks in this year's draft. Major betting markets currently place Stroud as the favorite to be selected first overall on April 27th.

11? Really, why not just twelve? Did a full dozen just sound like overkill?

He doesn't have an agent, just a "representative"

So does that mean the guy does it for free?

Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio writes that a representative for Lamar Jackson has told other teams he's "ready to move on" from the Ravens.

Jackson still doesn't have an agent, but apparently an unnamed representative has been meeting with other teams on his behalf. According to Florio, Jackson's representative also has told teams Jackson "does not want a fully-guaranteed contract." It's hard to understand what to make of this, but we have still yet to see a team take real public interest in acquiring Jackson's services. Meanwhile, this unnamed representative may run afoul of an NFL CBA rule where only an NFLPA-certified agent is able to negotiate with teams.

Thought i saw a snipit that Cam Newton is back to his old tricks... saying there arent 32 QB in the NFL better than him.

Is he referring to talent, or his character?

They are going to be running the ball a shit ton and Javonte coming off the injury. They need WR's that are physical and can block, probably why they are trying to ship Jeudy. Sutton and Patrick can bring that aspect. Will definitely take pressure off Wilson.

yes a big knock on both Juedy and Sutton is that they more or less refuse to block. Patrick actually does a pretty decent job and takes pride in his blocking. Sutton and Manny Sanders actually got into a physical altercation because of him half assing blocks and according to the beat reporters/local analysts, that's never improved-even though he has the build to be effective

Well of course, they have to make room for the 14 guys that their diva potential quarterback apparently requires to consider playing football for them.
Makes sense to cut Corey Davis too. Just grab Aaron’s butt buddies and another diva, OBJ

They should have kept everyone and see which one's mesh. They don't have many years to figure it all out.

Maybe Moore just sucks though.
I would say Zach Wilson sucks over any Jets WR

How bad do the Jets desperately need Rodgers?
