Harris seems like a decent RB.

He is. I just hope Cook makes him a distant second…or more of a goal line thing.
Cook-Harris will be better than Motor-Moss, that’s for sure… I just love that kid (Motor) though.

I think Cook will have a helluva time holding off Harris. Kid is a really good RB, and exceptional around the goaline. Not that James Cook doesn't appear to be oozing potential, Harris is just a ready made pro, and he fits what's needed.

Don't worry @TKOSpikes , he'll miss at least 4-5 games and Cook will have a chance to shine all on his own.

Yeah. I’m gonna assume it doesn’t extend beyond 60-40 usage either way.

Well no matter who they sign in free agency or draft, their best goal line and possibly overall running back will still be Josh Allen.

Saw an NBC Edge report that RB Bijan Robinson is meeting with the Eagles - they hold the #10 pick. I am even more convinced that the Cowboys will want to move up ahead of the Eagles.

Yea, could be they are really interested, could be gamesmanship to get an arch rival to give up assets in a trade. Top 30 visits are limited, but small price to pay if it works

Seems both the Cowboys and Eagles are coveting Robinson and both teams need a RB.... wonder if either team is calling da Bears about that 9th pick? Cowboys could vault up... but the Eagles could screw over their division rival by moving up a spot. Plus the Eagles have more capital to play with.

And then the Cowboys sign Ronald Jones today.

Rojo notwithstanding, the Cowboys have made some pretty good moves. While it's not sexy, a smart move would be to draft a huge OL or DL guy.

Ughhh..f'n Rojo. At least its obvious that he's just depth..and he doesn't indicate that the Boys are out of the running for a RB int he draft either. Lets not forget, Bijan is not the only RB in this class projected to be fairly decent, there are 2 others right behind him.

Cowboys have been surprisingly savvy lately. It would be a shame to see them screw things up just to make a splash.

You think?

The Athletic's Nick Kosmider writes "there's a good chance the Broncos add a running back in the draft."

Not only to stockpile offensive talent, Kosmider writes, but also to "provide insurance against a delayed return" for third-year back Javonte Williams, who is coming off multiple knee ligament tears. Samaje Perine probably profiles as the head of Denver's committee for the moment, and the rest of the depth chart behind him is quite young and inexperienced. It would make a lot of sense for Denver to draft a running back anyway with this depth chart, and the concern over Williams' injury should only help push them to that conclusion.
