I have Diggs, Gabe Davis and Josh Allen. Trying to figure which to bench if not all of them. Buffalo kicker already benched. As if injuries and byes weren't hard enough to navigate.

This is by far the worst bye week of the year for me and I have been dreading it for a few weeks now. I have to start Diggs, though. I only have 4 WRs and 2 are on bye. And I have already dropped someone I didn't want to in order to get a LB and have nobody I want to drop to replace my DB, already.

Or just as the ball is moments from their hands, a snowflake lands in their eye and the reflex blink creates an incomplete pass.

I do not have a Stathead account, but I did a search anyway and (if the results are accurate) there are only 20 WR in NFL history that have had 3 receiving TD or more in 1 game.

300+ entries, diving back to the early 80's, and likely well beyond, that list likely has 400 entries if it would go further.

Jerry Rice is on this list 10 times
Marvin Harrison 8 times
Randy Moss 8 times

lots of players with 2-4 entries- Michael Irvin, Carl Pickens, Reek, AJ Brown, Holt, Bruce. etc..
Shockingly..Megatron only makes one appearance with a '3' entry

I only paid close attention to around 1990 to present day, but easily more than 20.

In just the 90's to today, I count 24 TE's and at least 4 RB's

Side bar..should you sell high on Watson, given that 'only' 20 WR's have ever done this? or should it be a reason to BUY him high?

in the fantasy ERA, of those names listed, I counted 26 entries of WR's who were irrelevant for fantasy purposes, or were at best one year wonders
Now a few of those 26 might come down to your personal opinion of ' fantasy relevant' Guys like Cotchery, Braylon Edwards, Lee Evans, Steve Johnson, Drew Bennett fall into that gray area
But you get the point.

The rest though, which I put somewhere in the neighborhood of 40+ different names, are all either hall of famers, or at least fantasy stalwarts for multiple years

given the anecdotal evidence, I'd say its a 50/50 call as to whether Watson is set for stardom, or if he's just another name on a list that happens to have HOF'ers on it too
