Maybe the press/media is indeed exaggerating this? Yet dont they seem to quote LaFleur which may lead many that there is some validity to the speculations?

Plus Rodgers can also diffuse the situation by making public comments similar to his R-E-L-A-X assurances to the fans. He hasnt denied anything either.

I am sure he will keep quiet until he has to speak up, whether words or not showing for mini camp. By not speaking, he keeps the pressure on the front office.

Well he firmly believes that rookie drafts should never be used for NEED... I can understand that to a degree... But its still a worthy gamble

Pitts in the post-Julio Falcons offense pushed me into taking him over Chase, it was down to those two for pretty much my entire pre-draft strategy.

Also feel like if both ball out, Chase would still be way more attainable via trade than Pitts in the future. Those top few difference makers at TE get expensive in dynasty.

NBC Sports Boston's Michael Holley reports Julio Jones wants to play for the Patriots.​

"You know who (Jones) really wants to play with? He wants to play with Cam Newton," Holley said in a TV appearance. Jones also reportedly thinks Falcons QB Matt Ryan has "lost a little zing on his deep ball."



Let's break that down a second...this dude is reporting that Julio says, Ryan has lost a little zip on the deep ball AND that he wants to play with Cam Newton....Cam Newton, who hasn't thrown a good deep ball in roughly 3 years, or an accurate ball in..well..ever.
I can buy the Patriots trading for him, yes, but don't blow smoke up my ass that he wants to play with Cam Newton

We have not only both Joneses in Old School, but also Gage... so we can dream.

But we’d be better off if Julio ends up with a proven QB. (We’ll be happy with Rodgers. Please take note, Packers brass.)
