As a Hyde owner in D2 at first I thought "Oh great. Another one bites the dust."
But then I figured the Niners will try to trade him which may mean he ends up on a team that is better than the Niners.
There were only 30 teams better (yardage) than the Niners. :hungry:

Should be interesting.

I'd have to imagine that in today's NFL, and the vast amount of gaping holes the Niners have to fill, a RB in the first would be a luxury they can't afford. Given the Shannahan family history of plugging in any ol RB and getting 1000 yards out of them, I'd definitely be shocked if they did anything other than Defense, oline, or QB the first 2 days.

Id like to see Jeremy McNichols end up there personally

I like this one ..... Hoodie would be a God in our league with all those RBs as trade bait ......... maybe they take a run at Lynch too :dhd:

In an effort to sign all the running backs, Bills restricted free agent RB Mike Gillislee visited the Patriots. New England also hosted Dolphins restricted free agent RB Damien Williams.

It's really beginning to look like a bad deal trading for Rexy in D2..and the draft ain't even here yet.

Lynch is coming back. Deal worked out with Oakland so now Seattle is the only roadblock. That is going to make our draft interesting

Interesting... another word for maddening.

How does one value a 31 year old power RB who hasn't really been effective since 2014, coming off a year away from the game filled with marketing and self promotion? Is he rejuvenated? Out of shape? Has he gotten soft/ will the beast mode still have the power game?

I think its interesting since my first pick is in the second half of the second round. Happy drafting guys!

I could see him going right after the big names at rookie RB, maybe even top5-6, and just as easily, I could see him sitting there through the second

Jarvis Landry - WR - Dolphins
Contract-year WR Jarvis Landry reported for the start of voluntary workouts Monday.

Wanting an extension, Landry could have skipped the sessions in order to take a stand, but he's instead opting for the team-first approach. Set to earn just under $900K in the final year of his rookie contract, Landry and the Dolphins are expected to talk about an extension through the summer. He'll likely want more than the Rams gave Tavon Austin (4 years, $42M) last year.

nothing is more NFL than over paying someone because a different team over paid their guy
and I like Landry, think he's a tough player that has the 'it' factor to outproduce other WRs that might be more physically gifted than him.
