How much better though...I mean Minshew is a bridge QB. Fields is a lets-hope-he-can-form-into-something/give-it-a-try QB.Minshew is a better NFL QB than Fields
Yea, I said it and stand by it %100
Justin FieldsYeesh. Suddenly I'm loving Tyrod Taylor.
After Kirk Cousins, what's next for Vikings at quarterback?
The Vikings have watched quarterback Kirk Cousins leave after six years with the team.www.nbcsports.com
I like Gus to LA, Swift to Bears for those prices. Jacobs I like the price but with the dead cap they are paying over $20M to their RB room. The others either overpaid or just meh.Just to recap where RBs are now:
So basically Jacobs and Barkley got paid like they should've been.I like Gus to LA, Swift to Bears for those prices. Jacobs I like the price but with the dead cap they are paying over $20M to their RB room. The others either overpaid or just meh.

no neither is the answer. But Minshew can win NFL games, Fields can win Draft Kings weeks. And if the appeal to Fields is the dreaded P word- potential- I just don't see a reason to trade for thatHow much better though...I mean Minshew is a bridge QB. Both aren't the answer. Maybe O'Connell can learn behind Minshew or maybe he wins the job. I could even see him taking over the job if Minshew struggles. He wasn't good in Indy
Draft the Rattler!no neither is the answer. But Minshew can win NFL games, Fields can win Draft Kings weeks. And if the appeal to Fields is the dreaded P word- potential- I just don't see a reason to trade for that
Let the Commmanders have him, please! That little engine that could has finally begun to reach the end of the lineCBS Sports’s Josina Anderson reports the Commanders and Raiders “have made preliminary inquiries on RB Austin Ekeler.”
As Anderson notes, the situation is still fluid. We wouldn’t expect any immediate moves for Ekeler, though it won’t be long before he finds a new home. With the Raiders letting Josh Jacobs walk and Antonio Gibson departing from Washington, both teams have a hole to fill at running back, though Brian Robinson and Zamir White can both handle plenty of touches. Coming off the worst year of his career by most efficiency measures, Ekeler isn’t likely to command a gaudy contract on the open market. If a team is willing to scale back his workload and feature him as a pass-catcher, they could get a nice value on a former stud running back. Ekeler, in turn, could reclaim high-end RB2 value if he lands in the right situation.
%100 for it, 3 way camp battle with O'Connel and the 'Stach..in a season where there's zero danger of them competing for a playoff spot anyways..bring itDraft the Rattler!
I'm really surprised at his extreme drop off.Let the Commmanders have him, please! That little engine that could has finally begun to reach the end of the line
He can replace Gibson and catches passesLet the Commmanders have him, please! That little engine that could has finally begun to reach the end of the line
those dudes that 'were never supposed to be anything' that just will their way into relevance/greatness, it seems like it never takes too terrible much to go wrong and they're just done. The slightest 'lost a step' or dip in quickness, or whatever..its like whatever that was, was the single thing that they used to make them stand out, and without it, they fall apart. Marion Barber, Thomas Rawls, Phillip Lindsay, its like it there one day and just effin gone the nextI'm really surprised at his extreme drop off.
I mean, I know that an RB has a short shelf life, but from elite to bottom of the barrel in one year is just mystifying.
