Just waiting to have ONE game where I can say, 'Damn Taylor Heineke played well today'.... just freakin' ONE!

Until then, Sundays are filled with cardiac arrest.... SMH

I think that first game with CW gave people a false sense of everything. He threw four TDs and we won but everybody overlooked the ten points he gave JAX. After that, can you tell me you went damn CW played well?

yeah its easier on your heart watching a parade of sacks and 3 and outs with wince
I mentioned during the game last Sunday. It is so much more fun to feels those nerves and root harder than be out of the game in the 4th quarter. I like it better anyhow.

Umm, if we had the D and run game with Wentz that we have now, he'd have looked totally different. Instead, we had the most dropbacks in the league and a 'career day' defense, thanks to Jackson III and Scott Turner. But hey, let's slurp a guy who cant get more than 150 passing a game... makes perfect sense.

Yeah, I think he needed a better run game, defense and time to learn the offense. I still think he's better than Taylor.

He got 128 yards rushing.

He threw for 99 yards on 22 attempts. That is 33% fewer than TH that you are complaining about.

The defense held Chicago to 7 points, forcing 2 turnovers.

For the sake of all of you who believe CW gives this team a better chance to win, I hope RR gives him that chance. Maybe then you will see CW was the problem.

yup. but at least we always seem to be competitive with TH behind center And, good and bad, he makes the game exciting.we have been out of so many games by half-time over the last decade, I can't even begin to count them.

We didn’t have it because wince takes too many sacks putting us behind the chains and he directed too many 3 and outs

Falco is 10 -4 in his last 14 starts . I have 6 yrs of film on wince being wince , little pocket presence , taking too many sacks and inaccurate with the ball while passing up better check downs

This is what people dont understand. We have way too many 2nd and longs and 3rd and longs with Wentz under center. You can't run in those situations.

Exactly and on the flip side falco is too erratic in decision making to be trusted

I think people are giving TH credit that the run game and defense should be getting. His numbers are no better than Wentz, with a MUCH better team around him

False....revisionist history. Robinson was not playing and Turner was not calling the runs.

Was he more accurate before that game? What makes you believe his finger was the problem? On 22 attempts, CW took 3 sacks against Chicago. That just supports what I have been saying.

Not at all. The defense and run game have carried us under TH. TH has allowed the run game and defense to carry this team. Under CW, we took negative plays much more frequently, this led to more second and third and longs, which exhausted the defense and didn’t allow the team to run and exhausted the defense because they didn’t get to rest.

Wentz had time to prove that he is who he thinks he is. He had a career’s worth of time.

Its not TH’s fault that Robinson started producing at the same time JDR figured out how to use the players he actually has most effectively.

It all jelled at the same time that TH was spin-o-ramming himself into one victory after another.

Meanwhile, nobody is proclaiming TH as a franchise qb now. For every great play he seems to make, he’s throwing one into triple coverage.

On the other hand TH is actually feeding the ball to Scary Terry - a legit #1 wr and the best player on the team, in my opinion - when Wentz did not, in addition to not taking too many backbreaking sacks or negative plays.

At this point it doesnt matter if Wentz might be better with the run game that TH has or the defense ballin’. He’s not getting in for two games at least, even if TH shits the bed. At that point - worst case scenario being that TH shits the bed twice to the Giants and the Commanders lose both - RR’s best move would be to turn to Howell, since they’d most likely be out of playoff contention anyway….
