Always thought this about most cities' delicacies. NY pizza? Undercook a pizza and cut it into 6 slices instead of 8 so large and foldable.

First was a place with the foldable type, which is what most think of when they think of NY pizza. Also tried what seemed like a more traditional pizza. Both good (as most pizza is at least good). I've had local chains that were better, including the Detroit pizza from Master Pizza I mentioned.

That's cool. There are probably 2000 pizza places in NYC so who knows how good a place you went to. Lots of them stink.
