So this is porbably non/old news, but Bobby Mac said Flyers offered Parise excess of 100mil.

Damn.

 to be honest if he leaves nj joining the flyers would be the scariest fit for parise.I dont even want to think about a Parise Girioux combo

@D_LEED: Per Bob McKenzie, the teams on Zach Parise's shortlist are the Devils, Wild, Flyers, Penguins and Red Wings. Game on.

Anywhere but Philly Zach. I tend to think the Wild will be the first team off that list though.

Mikael Samuelsson is getting $3M per year on his 2 year deal. Full no trade.

Per Spectorshockey (I never heard of it?) said Parise's short list is the Wild, Devils, Flyers and Penguins.

RT @reallisa: It is the Kings understanding that they are still in the running for Zach Parise

Can you imagine us signing Parise, and then trading all our depth for Ryan? :D

Parise-Giroux-Ryan

Sure it would be our only NHL calibre line, but it would be beautiful :)

Beat me to the list...I didn't see the Red Wings but that makes it even more interesting.

I tend to think the Flyers are a bit on the nuts side with that long and pricey of a deal...just because they have a lot of youth that'll need bigger contracts soon enough. That said, I have no idea what the Pens offer is. In fact, I'm oddly more confident about it because it hasn't been leaked.

So it's sounds like Suter is going to the Wings. :L

I don't think he's close to a decision yet. His agent has been fielding calls and offers all day...but he's been out on the farm.

I think I see Howson's problem. He only has two teams programmed into his phone, Ottawa and Phoenix.

So, Aucoin. Meh.

But, let's have a big hand and huge Columbus welcome for Nick...

FO - LEEN - O!

And with Methot going, I only have to get rid of Steve Mason and ALL of the autographed items my son has will be playing elsewhere.

Peca
Russell
Vermette
Klesla
LeClaire
Modin
Methot

If he gets the opportunity to get Nash's autograph, I am going to hog-tie him.

Also: the longer this goes the more it feels like Jagr all over. Parise, you'll be my favorite non-Penguin anywhere but Philly, m'kay?

Well as far as future money goes, Kimmo is off the books a year from today, and Briere in two.
