Would take giroux for Kovy in a heartbeat the guy is a beast

It sickens me to have Kovy on this team. He really is everything the Devils are not and probably cost us a legend and a leader.

Kypreos says Suter to Detroit - no sure how reliable he is, or anybody is today for that matter.

@GMillerTSN: Sounds like Sammy Salo is heading to Tampa.

LeBrun and others r saying no change in status, per his agent.

Hard to think, unless some weird, can't pass up package with Parise comes along, that Detroit won't be his landing place.
They have the money to spend, and they want/need him enough to give it to him.

Yep, probably right about that. Logic has to be used sparingly on a day like this one, though

Things finally slowing a bit: latest on Parise
7/1/12 5:05 p.m.
It doesn't look like Zach Parise (or for that matter, Ryan Suter) is going to make any decision today. It appears the teams that remain in the mix are the Pens, Wings, Hurricanes, Wild and according Helene Elliott of the Los Angeles Times tweeted that the Kings are still in the mix.

According to Nick Kypreos, the range on contract offers for Parise (and again, Suter, is 12 years between $80 million and $90 million.

crazy
no way we can afford those two
I just can't see how
It would be amazing...
but really.. I'm just baffled by how we are in the short list with what this will cost.

Great to see J.R. taking mighty swings these days though.

Compuware must be doing well. I may want to check the stock...may be a "buy" :D
