I know its been real quiet coming out of the devils camp.But that is the norm and I can't see them not making a play.If for anything to avoid the shit storm that will come regarding their decision on how to deal with the Parise situation last year.I can't see them allowing him to go the free agent route as opposed to having him as an rfa this year if they didn't have a plan in place but only the devils management knows the answer to that

They made their play, thats all they can do. Normal people wouldnt fault Lou for working with what he has. But some fans, Cup being the flag carrier, aint normal. He pretty much thought every deal made during the season was horrible and pointless and wouldnt lead to anything, meanwhile the 4th line turned out to be the best line all playoffs and Kovy, injured or not, didnt even bother to hustle after the Flyers series. So what you want about Giroux, but even injured he atleast tried to hustle.
