I've said it before and got shit on, but when my consumption of the herb was ridiculously high, it was in large part because I was mixing it with the yellow weed (tobacco). I loved a spliff.

Once I dumped the tobacco, consumption dropped hugely. And the ability to wait till later grew.

Tobacco is much more addictive than pot.

There is zero physical addiction. Mental addiction can be anything from your smartphone to beating off.

If a heroin junkie stops shooting heroin, they become PHYSICALLY ill. If an alcoholic quits drinking, they get PHYSICALLY ill.

If someone stops smoking weed, they THINK about smoking it often. It doesn't affect them physically tho.
