Not so much inside, I mean those mid range shots they gave up. Look for coach K to emphasize those shots especially with floaters. They will take more next time along with the usual three pt assault.

This is true... I still don't see them as a team doing that, wish they would and have been wishing that for a while now but they aren't going to do it... The saying really is true, "live and die by the 3."

And I agree with Dick V... #17 for Duke? That is BS.

My Gators are #3 and they have 2 losses....Duke lost to Kansas and Arizona... and only has one semi-bad loss. How are they #17???? Should be maybe #8 to #10 range at most. Kansas and Arizona are no shame losses. They should move up after this even with 4 losses.

Hey now, we might not turn out to be that bad a loss.

You play a zone against a team like Carolina that does not shoot well. Against a team like Duke you're just asking for it. Boeheim will have to change before coach K. Almost like the unstoppable force vs the immovable object, but Duke can shoot holes in that object.

Pretty stupid imo. I mean it's not like Cuse shut out Duke and won by 30+... Duke took them to the brink and barely lost.

I would have said the same thing if the rolls were reversed. Neither team gave in and wanted to lose and played a hell of a game. Hats off to both!

Villionava, N.D., Louisville have had some very good 3 pt. shooting teams and players over the years. Yes Duke was great from 3 last night and yes the are very capable of beating Syracuse but that is no reason for J.B. to change what he does with the zone defense. One game where a team shoots lights out from 3 and now J.B. has to adapt thats just to funny. Syracuse doesnt have the length at the top of the zone like they had last year. Remember Syracuse did win last night even though Duke made all those 3 pt shots. Im sure Syracuse still will be just fine over the years in the ACC.

Coach K better adapt to the Cuse bigs and double team. Man you have to double team or you will give up easy shots and rebounds. Grant is pushing everyone around. Damn why doesnt Coach K double team and force the Cuse to shoot from outside. Damn adapt Coach K. Dont you listen. Who am I? That being said I can see Duke winning at home because Duke is very good but J.B. I think will be just fine in the ACC.

name a team that drop 15 triples and loses. Duke will never do that again against anyone. They played the best possible game they could imagine and lost. The next game will not be as close.
