It's a seller's market; he should have been able to squeeze 660,000-675,000 out of it - I think he needs a better agent

Actually esls according to the article his original asking price was 659,000 so he didn't do too bad. But I get your point.

So Miller plans on renting if they can't trade him? It would be hilarious if Miller was stuck in Buffalo next season.

He can sleep on my couch. I'm not too far from the Village and will only charge him 20,000 per month.

Does that include food & laundry or does he have to send out for that stuff?

It's included IF he brings his wife. :yahoo:

Exactly - put it on the maket for 624,999 and start a bidding war - easily get asking price at a minimum

I don't give a rats ass about Thomas's political beliefs. If he wants to play goalie for the Islanders next season it's fine with me.

I don't have a problem with his beliefs either, but he's certainly not shied away from trumpeting them. That sort of thing is a distraction, and considering the last 'tender we had, distractions are bad for us.

Clarkson is heading for free agency. He's not worth top line money. Love Clarkson, he's an unbelievably versatile player, but he's not a 30 goal scorer. He's a great third liner, solid second liner. Not worth $5+ million that he'll get.

I'd prefer the Devils go after Horton. He's a year younger, legit top 6 winger and has connections to Peter Deboer.

I'm hoping Elias took a hometown discount.

I think we can all put a few bucks in to throw Bolts a tickertape parade. Shred up those documents!

Gillis in radio interview insists he was not offered better deal by Oilers.
He talked today on phone with Luongo; will visit him in 2 weeks

According to Staple the Isles aren't interested in Thomas. I guess Garth might go the cheap route with Khudobin or Greiss. We'll see. He's got another 4.5M to play with. Of course they've got to sign Clutterfuck along with Hamonic, Bailey & Hickey.
