"3. Ramos (AA), 19 games, 74 AB, .297/.388/.500, 6 doubles, 3 homers, 12 RBI, 10 walks, 26 K's (7 RBI's this week) (++)"
I wonder how long before he gets moved up to AAA. Considering how he did in spring training, the one year lay off for all minor leaguers (I'm not counting ATS as a viable competitive site for these guys) and these numbers are being posted at AA, it seems like he needs higher caliber competition.

Weekly Team Performance (5/21-5/27)

(A) San Jose: went 3-3 last week. San Jose was outscored 29-37 in the six games. Luciano is warming up, going 3-3 with 3 runs and 2 RBI last in night's win.

(A+) Eugene: The Emeralds continue to run roughshod over the NWL, going 5-1 in the last week. They are tied for the NWL-West lead with the AquaSox at 14-7. They outscored their opponents by 20-19 in the six games. Highlight was a 1-0 win last week over Tri-City with Caleb Kilian throwing 7 innings of 1 hit, no walk, 10 strikeouts. Kilian is 3-0 with a 1.25 ERA in four starts. 21.2 innings, 9 hits, 1 walk, 32 K's. He has been promoted to RIchmond at AA.

(AA) Richmond: went 3-3 in the last week, with one game postponed which was made up as part of a double header yesterday. Richmond outscored their opponents 29-25 over the six games. After being promoted from Eugene, Caleb Kilian will start tonight at Reading, which has a 4-17 record.

(AAA) Sacramento: went 2-4 in the last week, being outscored 36-40 in those six games. The bats are doing well, but the pitching has been awful. Bryce Johnson (.361) and Thairo Estrada (.356) are laying waste to opponents' pitching. The only concern with Estrada is his fielding, he already has 8 errors (7 at SS in 14 games, 1 at 3B in one game). But the dude can rake.

Matt Frisbee Stats, Fantasy & News went 7 innings, giving up no runs, only one hit, no walks, and 8 K's, lowering his ERA to 1.24 and his WHIP to 0.41! Another up and coming player at AA Richmond.

Tyler Beede Stats, Fantasy & News pitched 3 innings, gave up 6 runs on only 2 hits, but he walked 6 and hit two batters, and struck out one. In 13 innings, Beede was walked 14, and struck out 16.

In San Jose, Wil Jensen Stats, Fantasy & News threw 5 shutout innings, allowing 2 hits and 2 walks with 10 K's. If he keeps this up, he won't be in San Jose for long.

In Eugene, Seth Corry Stats, Fantasy & News pitched 3.2 innings allowing one unearned run on 1 hit, but 5 walks, and 9 K's. Dude really needs to learn some control, in 19 innings he's walked 21, but struck out an amazing 38! (2 per inning)

Beede is not ready. However, his rehab clock is ticking. I hope he has an option year left.

Disappointing about Beede...guess he'll need another few starts in AAA.

I hadn't heard that. Is this due to COVID protocols (i.e. reinforcements are all from same area)?
I heard a quick mention on KNBR a week or so back. Not that those guys know jack about transactions or restrictions on player movements and such, but when it was said, it did sound kinda familiar...

Ahh, now this is the Luciano that everybody expected since Opening Day. The 19-year-old hit the cover off the ball last week, slashing .474/.524/.947 with three doubles and two home runs in five games. On Saturday, Luciano blasted his fifth home run of the year 452 feet to center field with a 113-mph exit velocity.

(From the article) The Giants' top catching prospect quietly had an impressive showing in spring training, and has continued to do so in Sacramento. Through 13 games this season, Bart now is batting .378 with three homers and a 1.095 OPS.

Patrick Bailey, the Giants' No. 2 catching prospect and top pick from the 2020 draft, threw out four runners attempting to steal last Wednesday before then making his first base debut for the Eugene Emeralds. But he's struggling at the plate, batting just .205 with a .608 OPS, striking out 32 times in 21 games.

More from the article:

While Giants fans wait to see Bart and Heliot Ramos, the Giants are gearing up a handful of pitching prospects to possibly help them this season. KNBR's Mark Sanchez reported Monday that right-hander Matt Frisbee is the latest to be promoted from Double-A Richmond to Triple-A Sacramento.

Before Frisbee packed his bags, though, so did Sam Long. The 25-year-old lefty continues to go from a great story to someone who can seriously help the Giants this year.

Long had a 3.00 ERA in Richmond, striking out 22 batters with only four walks in 15 innings. His Triple-A debut couldn't have been more eye-opening.

Long struck out eight straight Las Vegas batters to start the game on Saturday, finishing with nine strikeouts and only one hit allowed over 3 2/3 scoreless innings. The Giants have monitored Long's pitch counts closely this season, holding him to four innings or fewer in all five of his starts. That certainly is something to watch going forward.

Whether it be as a starter or out of the bullpen, there's no reason to doubt Long can't make his big league debut later this year.
