They refuse to pay for pitching. They will never attract the good FA pitchers. Which wouldn't be a problem if they could Develop pitching. Which they have shown they are pretty bad at. Bundy isn't relevant until 2015 and who knows about Gausman.

They will at best have a bunch of quality Back end starters with maybe a few solid Middle of Rotation guys. They will never find that Ace or solid NO 2 until they change their thinking on things.. Unless Gausmen can live up to his Billing.

Bundy had TJ in the middle of this year. So he starts back in the Minors towards the end of 2014

He is not MLB relevant until 2015. I'm not expecting him to just dominate right away. He could, but there is still a growth period here. So it might be 2016 before I could reasonable expect him to pitch to his billing.
