True but Ross was trying to give him every opportunity especially with the addition of better talent but it went as sideways as you can go. Allen was fired last year from the raiders after wk 4.

They were getting hype because they had a good DL and signed Suh. As is usual, the media jumps on the "off-season" winner and hypes them up as the next big thing. Unfortunately the don't consider the cost in terms of depth to sign the big FA prize. This can be seen annually...

and 1 sack in 4 games with that D front....it's as insane as it gets. That's why I was more on Coyle going first...

idk...they may be making some bad decisions in terms who they are employing to build the team, but ownership that will stroke the type checks they are, you know they want to win at the very least....the GM that built this crap and brought in Philbin has to go too.

The Rams defensive front last year had the same issue through 6 games, and then they turned it around. But Coyle definitely needs to be canned because the defense has looked like they've been going through the motions since week 1.
