The run D was schidttttt but better now. They've completely turned around the dline production which has helped the whole D. I'm only going on the last 2 games but it's tops in the league....so it will be interesting.
Well the last game, Houston down by 28+ and no Foster really isnt a food measuring stick.

Brady can take a hit?

lol!!! Anytime the Ravens got near him they get flagged... He cannot take a hit.

:pound:

So, drawing a flag means he can't take a hit? Brady has played more games than any other player in team history. He's been hit plenty over that timeframe.

I don't see the game as high scoring, no blow out tonight. Miami is pumped and will keep it close.
Not close enough to win tho. Pat's 27 Mia 20

Guy has over 100 QB sneaks and sacked quite a bit, and always gets right back up. Hardy was all over his ass and Seattle too in SB. Harrison and Suggs have taken their best shot at him and nothing. Guys like Bennett said that Brady was 1 tough QB and congratulated him after a clean hit or sack. 15 years, starting every game except for the season out for ankle surgery, yeah he can't take a hit fucking dopes

Here's just a small advantage for the Patriots.......

Dolphins flew up to Boston on Tuesday afternoon. They didn't practice Monday. Wednesday was a Hurricane Patricia introduction in the Northeast. The Dolphins have not been able to have a physical practice, so I'd imagine that Dan Campbell is having them do a ton of film work. They will probably do a walkthrough some time today just to make sure things are still somewhat on track.

On the other side, the Patriots were on the practice field Tuesday and Wednesday.

Here's a real problem for the Dolphins......the Patriots game plan for each team they play. Belichick and his staff studied the hell out of the Dolphins last two games, because those are under Campbell. The agonized over every offensive and defensive snap and will have located what they believe are the weaknesses of the Dolphins on offense and defense. Belichick will attack those weaknesses right out of the box. This has always been Belichick's way of getting the Patriots ahead of opponents and staying ahead. The goal is to get up by 10-17 points and force the opponent out their comfort zone. Once he does that, turnovers happen.

Opponents can't do the same with Patriots because how they played against the Steelers is not how they played against the Jaguars or the Jets.......................just sayin'

If I was a betting man, I'd take the Patriots giving 9.5.

I'm surprised other teams haven't figured this out (instead of having just one game plan for all 16 games).

I guess people watch different games based on the market. He's been hit and sacked any number of times in many games this year. The Dallas game, in particular.

I wish he'd train Tony Romo in how to take a hit without landing on your collar bone.

Dolphins rank 30th against the run... Will the Patriots utilize Blount tonight to take advantage of their poor run defense?

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Dion Lewis (abdomen, questionable) will play Thursday night against the Dolphins.:suds:

Dion Lewis (abdomen) is active for Week 8 against the Dolphins.:suds:

Lewis was limited in Week 6 and absent in Week 7, but the Patriots think he's ready to go. With his health still a question mark, Lewis is just a low-end RB2. Inactive for the Patriots are DE Jabaal Sheard, LT Marcus Cannon, OL Shaq Mason, S Dewey McDonald, WR Keshawn Martin, S Tavon Wilson and DE Trey Flowers. With Cannon out, Sebastian Vollmer will make another start on the blindside. Cameron Fleming is at right tackle

Dolphins CB Brice McCain (knee) is inactive for Week 8 against the Patriots.:suds:

McCain had been expected to return after missing Week 7. His absence thrusts Jamar Taylor into the starting lineup. Taylor figures to be targeted early and often by Tom Brady. Also inactive for the Dolphins are LB Chris McCain, C Sam Brenner, TE Jake Stoneburner, OL Jeff Linkenbach, WR Matt Hazel and DT A.J. Francis.
