That's it. He's like Jaylon Smith from the Cowboys, if he ends up being able play long term he's a great pick, if not, he's a wasted pick. He would have gone top 3 if not for Medical, which means there were 13-14 straight NFL teams that thought the shoulder was a major risk, and likely more than that, as no one tried to trade for him when he fell out of the top 10
If you have that medical, screw up a drug test and get kicked out of the combine (and uninvited to the draft), you almost fall to the 2nd round.
